No More Gnats on Indoor Plants with Sand

I decide to test some sand on my indoor plants and for 2 months I have see 95% of those nasty gnats gone the sand is doing a pretty good job keeping the females from laying eggs. I tip is to water from under instead from watering on top. If you done have access from under take a pvc pipe insert in soil and you be able to water the plant.
