Lettuce Cutting Hydroponic from scrap Update part 2

This is a follow up on my scrap lettuce, I notice the is growing tall likely that is bolting but that leaves has a nice taste to it. The little plant is growing on Masterblend only 2 weeks old and the tall one I was using Dyno-gro is 4 weeks old. This is part 1 https://youtu.be/i4eTkJ_1wQI
